Group Classes

At our studio, we believe Pilates is personal—even in a group setting. That’s why we keep our classes small, with a maximum of six clients per session. This allows us to provide personalized attention, exceptional cueing, and hands-on corrections (only if you’re comfortable with them, of course).
We teach the bodies in front of us, meaning every class is tailored to meet you where you are on your journey. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are the cornerstone of a strong Pilates practice, even if group classes are your main focus. They’re all about YOU—your body, your goals, and your unique needs—allowing us to dive deeper into your practice, fine-tune your form, and address specific challenges. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply prefer one-on-one attention, private sessions offer personalized feedback and exercises tailored just for you.
Think of them as your Pilates “reset button,” helping you build a stronger foundation to carry into group classes or daily life. They keep your practice fresh and exciting, ensuring you continue to grow and progress while giving you the tools to move with more confidence, precision, and ease.

Duet Sessions

Want to work out with a friend or your partner? Duet sessions are the perfect option and are more affordable than a private session!
These semi-private sessions allow you to share the experience with someone you know while still receiving personalized attention tailored to both of your needs. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, try something new, or simply enjoy Pilates together, duet sessions offer a fun and effective way to move and connect.
Plus, they’re a great way to stay accountable and motivated—because everything’s better with a buddy, right?

I've been a regular for over two years, and I cannot say enough great things about Engage Pilates. The instructors are excellent, ready to push you but so knowledgable that they make modifications a breeze. The studio is calm and clean and the variety of classes offered means I can always (no excuse!) find a time that works with my schedule. Did I mention the ample free parking? The app that makes scheduling so easy? How welcoming both the other clients and the instructors and the owner are? This is the one workout class I'm never unhappy to roll out of bed for.

LOVE engage pilates. I’ve always been intimidated to do group workout classes, especially considering injuries I need to account for when exercising.
